• To search for one specific Credentialed Professional Staff member (Physician, Dentist, Midwife), type in their surname.
  
• To search for a group of Credentialed Professional Staff members in a specific department and division/specialty, select the appropriate Hospital; select the appropriate Department; select the appropriate Division if applicable.
  
• To obtain a complete listing of all Credentialed Professional Staff members with current privileges at both LHSC and St. Joseph’s, click on the “Search” button without selecting any of the above criteria.
