- Medical Affairs will send you your login and password to access the online education modules.
- Please complete Modules 1-5 in the on-line Privacy and Confidentiality Education program. After completing Module 5 -Scenario Based Learning, be sure to click the "FINISH" button. This logs your completion of the education program. You will then be prompted to e-sign a Privacy and Confidentiality Agreement.
- After completion of all the steps, an electronic record of your completion of the education and your e-signing of the Privacy and Confidentiality Agreement will be sent to Medical Affairs.
